During 11 years with Accenture where he worked as a Senior Manager, Gavin managed dozens of mission critical engagements for over 30 major clients in Australia and the UK - covering all 4 key consulting disciplines - strategy, people, process and technology.
In 2005, Gavin took on a line management position with a new payments business, securing its key alliance partnerships and helping establish the business model.
Since 2006, Gavin has focused on building a network of highly successful businesses in the consulting and recruiting sectors.

Adam has nearly 20 years of business and technology consulting experience having worked for, and delivered value to, some of the world’s most respected organisations.
Adam has successfully architected and delivered numerous ‘technology enabled business transformation projects’ often involving the implementation of new enterprise-wide customer/client management solutions. His client list spans the human services, financial services, media, utilities and consumer products industries in Australia, the USA, NZ and the UK.
As a partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting, Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting) Adam was responsible for establishing teams of the highest calibre, to deliver multi-million dollar management and technology consulting programs to clients across a broad range of industries, Government agencies and technologies. It is this experience that Adam brings to his current role.
Christian Clark - Director (Sydney)
Christian is a career specialist in the staffing and resourcing industry, having worked in senior and specialist roles with a focus on banking, wealth management and financial services.
At Catalyste, Christian engages and develops long term relationships with Business and Technology Specialists from within the Wealth Management, Financial Services and Banking Industry.
These include Subject Matter Experts across the front, middle and back office applications, and also senior project management, program management, organisational change management, transformation, strategy and specialist skills across the various applications.

Sarah has a track record of successful delivery within complex, large and high pressured client environments.
Her primary industry focus has been within the telecommunications industry, especially around large complex deployment infrastructure rollouts. It has been within this arena that she has built long term sustainable relationships whilst engaged with such companies as Telecom New Zealand, Ericsson, John Holland Group and Hutchison - where she set up and led teams to plan and deliver rapid organisational and technological change across a range of complex wireless infrastructure programs.

Luke is a proven recruiting professional with multiple years of experience gained with a national recruiter in Sydney. Luke is known in the industry for his honesty, hard work and trust-worthy demeanour - and the ability to develop strong professional relationships. With degrees in both IT and Business Management, Luke’s background enables him to connect with clients and candidates on a personal and technical level.

Jennifer Dignam - Associate (Singapore)
Jennifer has over 20 years experience in human resources, organisational development, recruitment and change management. She has worked at the most senior levels of organisations to bring about change through strategy design and implementation, managing projects with complex organisational change challenges.
In 2000 Jennifer moved into private practice, developing and implementing human resources strategy and policy, leadership programs, transformational change programs and learning programs. She has worked with all levels of government, financial services, retail operations, infrastructure, logistics, utilities, regulators and consulting organisations.

Glenn brings a rich background as a HR executive and as a consultant. Amongst Glenn’s significant professional achievements in consulting, he was the global leader of Accenture’s Change Navigation practice.
Glenn then became the first Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Avanade, a strategic joint venture business between Microsoft and Accenture.

Rowena Young - Financial Controller (Sydney)
Rowena is a highly experienced finance professional with over 15 years experience in management consulting and financial management.
Prior to joining Catalyste, Rowena worked as the Financial Controller for one of the region's largest beverage producers - transforming key aspects of their financial operations, and driving major gains in business efficiency and financial governance.
Rowena started her career with Accenture, becoming a Senior Manager in the Change Management and Products market groups - in both Australia and the UK. Here, she developed deep capabilities in navigating organisational change and helping clients manage complex transformations.
Rowena now manages all of Catalyste's financial and back office functions.
