Gavin Ger - Managing Director

Gavin has over 15 years experience in professional services, consulting, recruiting, and developing successful new businesses.  Gavin has a passion for building new businesses, developing lasting relationships and helping his clients succeed.

During 11 years with Accenture where he worked as a Senior Manager, Gavin managed dozens of mission critical engagements for over 30 major clients in Australia and the UK - covering all 4 key consulting disciplines - strategy, people, process and technology.

In 2005, Gavin took on a line management position with a new payments business, securing its key alliance partnerships and helping establish the business model.

Since 2006, Gavin has focused on building a network of highly successful businesses in the consulting and recruiting sectors.

Adam Clark - Associate (Melbourne)

Adam has nearly 20 years of business and technology consulting experience having worked for, and delivered value to, some of the world’s most respected organisations.

Adam has successfully architected and delivered numerous ‘technology enabled business transformation projects’ often involving the implementation of new enterprise-wide customer/client management solutions. His client list spans the human services, financial services, media, utilities and consumer products industries in Australia, the USA, NZ and the UK.

As a partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting, Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting) Adam was responsible for establishing teams of the highest calibre, to deliver multi-million dollar management and technology consulting programs to clients across a broad range of industries, Government agencies and technologies. It is this experience that Adam brings to his current role.

Christian Clark - Director (Sydney)

Christian is a career specialist in the staffing and resourcing industry, having worked in senior and specialist roles with a focus on banking, wealth management and financial services.

At Catalyste, Christian engages and develops long term relationships with Business and Technology Specialists from within the Wealth Management, Financial Services and Banking Industry.

These include Subject Matter Experts across the front, middle and back office applications, and also senior project management, program management, organisational change management, transformation, strategy and specialist skills across the various applications.

Samantha Tricker - Account Director (Sydney)

Samantha has 7 years recruitment experience, with the last 4.5 years providing quality resourcing solutions for clients within Sydney.

Samantha has a proven track record of providing quality strategic solutions in partnership with the professionals with which she engages and has built a sound reputation upon listening and consistently delivering to customer’s needs.

Samantha is able to leverage her local and international networks to secure the highest calibre individuals for your team, her particular areas of expertise being the technology solutions and financial services domains. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Samantha graduated with honours in international business and spent time working for IBM and EDF in France.

Sarah Dixon - Account Director (Melbourne)

Sarah is a seasoned consulting and staffing specialist with over 15 years experience - including deep capabilities in the PMO, Project Management, Commercial and Relationship Management domains.  Sarah has a track record of successful delivery within complex, large and high pressured client environments.

Her primary industry focus has been within the telecommunications industry, especially around large complex deployment infrastructure rollouts. It has been within this arena that she has built long term sustainable relationships whilst engaged with such companies as Telecom New Zealand, Ericsson, John Holland Group and Hutchison - where she set up and led teams to plan and deliver rapid organisational and technological change across a range of complex wireless infrastructure programs.

Sarah is known as an energetic, challenge driven individual who possesses excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.  She has a proven reputation of “exceeding” not just “meeting” the expectations of Clients and Candidates.

Luke Cannon - Account Manager (Sydney)

Luke is a proven recruiting professional with multiple years of experience gained with a national recruiter in Sydney.  Luke is known in the industry for his honesty, hard work and trust-worthy demeanour - and the ability to develop strong professional relationships.  With degrees in both IT and Business Management, Luke’s background enables him to connect with clients and candidates on a personal and technical level. 
 
Luke has particular depth and expertise sourcing Business Analysts, Project and Program Management personnel and other key technology and business project roles.  He has a great enthusiasm for travel and a first-hand appreciation of different cultures. This coupled with his love of sport, reflect Luke’s determination to build and work within a strong team dynamic while striving for success for his clients and the professionals he represents.

Tina Horewood - Associate (Melbourne)

An organisational psychologist and change management specialist, Tina has 14 years experience working with leading global and regional companies to achieve significant organisational change.

During 8 years with Big 4 firms, firstly PwC as a Principal Consultant, then Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager, Tina specialised in managing major strategic change initiatives for the lifecycle of the project and covering the telecommunications, financial services, consumer and industrial products, government, energy and mining, entertainment, and health, welfare and community services sectors.

Moving into private practice in 2003, Tina has broadened her industry experience further by working with a diverse range of client groups and project teams in developing and executing change and training programs to support large-scale systems implementations, business process reengineering, shared services, cost reduction and organisation redesign.

Tina brings her considerable expertise in Change Management to bear for her clients at Catalyste by providing deep understanding of their needs and helping them source the very best Change Management capabilities.

Jennifer Dignam - Associate (Singapore)

Jennifer has over 20 years experience in human resources, organisational development, recruitment and change management.  She has worked at the most senior levels of organisations to bring about change through strategy design and implementation, managing projects with complex organisational change challenges.

In 2000 Jennifer moved into private practice, developing and implementing human resources strategy and policy, leadership programs, transformational change programs and learning programs.  She has worked with all levels of government, financial services, retail operations, infrastructure, logistics, utilities, regulators and consulting organisations.

At Catalyste, Jennifer is able to source the best candidates for her clients (ensuring a true skills and cultural fit), as well as assisting her clients strategically with ongoing capability and organisational development support.

Glenn Tobe - Associate, Catalyste North America (San Francisco)

Glenn brings a rich background as a HR executive and as a consultant. Amongst Glenn’s significant professional achievements in consulting, he was the global leader of Accenture’s Change Navigation practice.  

Glenn then became the first Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Avanade, a strategic joint venture business between Microsoft and Accenture.

Glenn brings his deep capabilities in Strategic Organisational Change and professional services to bear for clients at Catalyste by leveraging his network of global specialists and market intelligence to source the exact match for their requirements.

Rowena Young - Financial Controller (Sydney)

Rowena is a highly experienced finance professional with over 15 years experience in management consulting and financial management.

Prior to joining Catalyste, Rowena worked as the Financial Controller for one of the region's largest beverage producers - transforming key aspects of their financial operations, and driving major gains in business efficiency and financial governance.

Rowena started her career with Accenture, becoming a Senior Manager in the Change Management and Products market groups - in both Australia and the UK.  Here, she developed deep capabilities in navigating organisational change and helping clients manage complex transformations.

Rowena now manages all of Catalyste's financial and back office functions.
